Developing and executing customer relationship marketing campaigns and programs in support of management objectives
Managing and conducting analysis of customer segments and campaign targeting opportunities to generate new sales and revenue sources
Managing and developing targeting strategy in coordination with Campaign Managers and Director, Customer Relationship Management
Managing, developing, and delivering targeting strategy in concert with Campaign Managers and Director; developing associated campaign documentation, building target marketing lists, supporting delivery of campaign information via sales communications, lead generation and reporting, and ensuring effective end-to-end execution of all customer relationship marketing activities on time and within budget
Ensuring that all aspects of tactical execution are implemented as planned by coordinating with Marketing and IS departments
Analyzing post-program results of projects and identifies effectiveness of the marketing approach; making recommendations to improve quality and effectiveness of materials
Analyzing demographic, market, customer, campaign data to identify trends, insights, results and findings to generate future proactive sales and contact initiatives
Identifying and managing ongoing process improvements to segmentation, data integration and reliability, execution of segment targeting and direct marketing initiatives, and results reporting/monitoring
