A Superior Court Order(Status Hearing) on Nov 3/11 ruled both actions be mediated/tried together with a common timetable after the Court mandated TPS booking DVD depicts a clear "torture" by theTPS arbitrary denial of bail without allowing any interview or rebuttal statement and then denial/witholding of the earlier TGH/ED prescribed, urgent pain Medication/aftercare
I allege the said TPS actions as to extract a Plea on the Charges) simply because of my race(black man) and "Reprisal" for previous and currently filed Human Rights commission complaints (all unanswered) of other TPS H/R abuse instances.
The S/C Court Order and College of Physicians/Surgeons (CPSO) Rulings found the (St. Joeseph)MD as likely complicite
by his statements and records that do suggest co-operated with TPS/OIC by suppressing (to the TPS /OIC and detention officials) the 18hr old TGH/ED Pain medication/aftercare instructions and not conducting any proper examination or even
taking vital signs during his brief 20-30 second examination of me and is now documented as such by the Court mandated TPS escorting Officer's notebook and DVD booking Tape previously witheld by TPS to CPSO investigations and myself.
The S/C Court Order also allowed use of incriminating documents and reports from the (CPSO) investigation findings
previously not allowed in Civil action by the RHPA (Regulated Health Professional Act) Sec 36.3 but now allowed
