This role is critical to the organization and will add significant value to the HR and Accounting teams.  This position is based in our Head Office in Coquitlam, BC.

<b>Primary Responsibilities</b>

-Coordinate all HR administrative functions including maintaining both electronic and hard copy personnel files
<br>
-Review and prepare payroll for deposit including collecting records from all business units and verifying the accuracy of all data
<br>
-Coordinate benefits administration including managing deductions and reconciliations
<br>
-Maintain attendance and vacation records
<br>
-Respond to promptly and courteously to manager and employee questions on payroll, benefits and other related information
<br>
-Assist with a planned major transition in computer information system software 
<br>
-Assist with compiling and reporting HR measurements/metrics
<br>
-Contribute to maintaining the HR section of the company website and intranet
<br>
-Assist with maintaining a library of role descriptions 
<br>
-Provide administrative recruitment support 
<br>
-Provide support for various HR duties and projects as required
<br>
-Contribute to building a positive, collaborative company culture

Administer HRIS and employee files and prepare HR reports <br>
Provide excellent customer service to employees in benefits and provide a strong link to payroll <br>
Prepare and track HR correspondence and follow up on outstanding documentation <br>
Support Executive Assistant to the VP in overflow situations <br>
File, respond to questions, and other related projects and duties as required <br>
Position is anticipated to start in early December for orientation and run for approximately 4 months.  <br>

Strong data entry skills and competence with HRIS programs essential. <br>
