Our Asset Strategies Branch is responsible for the development and implementation of BC Housing’s asset Portfolio Plan which guides the capital asset management, improvement, adaptation and redevelopment of public housing owned by the Provincial Rental Housing Corporation.  The Capital Asset Management Team oversees major repairs, capital improvements, and building envelope repairs to BC Housing’s existing housing stock. <br><br>
