This solid boat needs an new home. It was built in Richmond, BC in 1976 and has never been exposed to salt water. It is in great condition but sadly, we just don't have the time or space to devote to it as we are renovating. It has no rot. It is in original condition. The floor is solid and the seats are good as were reupholstered, The hull is in great shape. We have never tried starting the 40hp motor but have been told it has good compression and worked when last used. Manual, Bimini cover and lots of extras included. Brand new boat cover. This boat is more than ten years old I will look for the year,it is in very good condition with no obvious dents and is very solid with bracing down to the seats.This boat even without the motor on it you and a very strong friend might be able to pick it up that's why the trailer.The boat has two corner seats,two bench seats and a bow seat.I think the beam is 64 inches which makes it very stable,It has a Garmin depth/fish finder and two swivel seats.The motor is a 2008 30 hp Thohatsu three cylinder four stroke fuel injected motor with electric start and power trim with the added bonus of pull start and a very large gel deep cycle battery.The trailer is an old trailer in not bad shape but is very road worthy.This boat was used as a dingy for my larger boat so has approx. ten hrs.on it.I paid 4500 dollars for the motor last year so your getting a very good boat and trailer cheap.You can phone me if you wish at 604 789 7935 Rob or trade W.H.Y.

hi there ,i have a 12' boat for sale ,good little fishing boat ,custom made full length floor ,will also throw in a small 28 lbs thrust electric motor (older shakspear ) works in forwad setting ,but reverse stoped working ... ;just turn the motor all the way around ,tuff solution!!! hahah, probable just the switch ,

trailer can handle a 12- 14 ft boat working lights , both might need a small cleanup !

Antique 2 cyl. engine, made by Evinrude. This is from the '20s It turns over fine, all these years has been kept with oil in the cyl. It has been in my family for close to 45 years. I have never seen it run, but to the right person I am sure they could get it purring! This is actually an inboard engine!!! Dont see any of these anymore!!!
