This ground level fully furnished suite in North Burnaby is three years new. It will be a very comfortable home for your Olympic adventure. With two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with a single bed) and an additional pullout in the living room, up to five people can be accommodated comfortably. There is one bathroom with shower and shared laundry facilities. Amenities include cable tv, wireless internet and local phone. There is no smoking on the property.

Your accommodation is in a very quiet, private neighbourhood. You won’t likely be driving to the events, but if you do have a car, you may park in our garage. Public transit is 250 metres from the house, or if you have a car, the skytrain station is five minutes away. From the skytrain, you will be to downtown Vancouver in 17 minutes. The closest venue to your home for the Olympics is the Pacific Coliseum (5km), which will host both figure skating and short track speed skating. The Coliseum is one bus ride away.

RATES (Canadian dollars):
$3,500 per week - $500 per night
$6,300 for 2 weeks - $450 per night
$11,500 per month --- this works out to $370/night in January or March, $410 per night in February.
There is a 1 week minimum stay for the period of January to March inclusive.

50% deposit + damage deposit (25%) required upon confirmation of rental.
The remaining 50% balance is due two months prior to stay, or by December 1 for any January rentals.
Damage deposit will be returned immediately after inspection of premises by owner, providing no damage or theft.
