We are a small english speaking family. No pets. Looking for quiet and clean and non-smoking international student .We live in a safe, quiet neighbourhood very near BCIT. Our house is 2 minute walk to BC transit ; 5 minutes to metro town and brentwood mall by bus and 25 minutes to downtown.

Homestay fees: Room plus breakfast & dinner is $675 for 4 weeks. Room plus No meals is $ 500.00 for 4 weeks.
