Near Boundary Road & Hastings Street in North Burnaby.

RESTRICTIONS:
The stored item must not be unsightly or partially disassembled, by its external appearance to comply with the Zoning Bylaws.

Maximum length for the stored item: 29'

The parked/stored items must comply with all legal & safety requirements.

These services are provided under a Licence to Occupy for a Fixed Term at common law.

EXCLUDED FROM THIS OFFER: Motorhomes, buses, truck campers, 20ft- & 40ft- containers, fifth-wheels and camper-trailers, tent-trailers, travel-trailers, utility-trailers, boat-trailers, U-haul-type trailers and boats WITHOUT a trailer (unless the boat is small enough that it can be carried by two persons) are excluded from this offer.

COST:
The rent of $120 per month applies when you need the rented space for a minimum of 2 months and are paying in advance. This rate also applies if you are already renting the space and want to pay for a future period, at least one full month ahead.

For space rental limited to one month only, the monthly rate is $ 150 per month, paid in advance. This rate also applies if you are already renting the space and want to pay for a future period, BUT NOT at least one full month ahead.

We are not equipped for a weekly or daily rental but, if we must, such as in the absence of a monthly agreement, the rate is the lower of $60 per week or $20 per day.

Refundable Security Deposit: $200

(The purpose of the Refundable Security Deposit is to ensure that the stored vehicle is removed at the end of the Occupancy, as agreed, to make space available for the next person and any repair/cleaning due to fluid leakage, if any, is addressed in a timely manner.)

6% per annum simple interest paid to you on the Refundable Security Deposit and any rent received by us from you more than one month in advance as per the terms of this advertisement.

Note: Payments are by cash, Canada Post Money Order, International Postal Money Order or Western Union Money Transfer. Receipts are always provided for Income Tax purposes.

INSURANCE & SECURITY:
We provide all the security expected from a reasonably prudent property-owner resident at the premises in a quiet neighbourhood. You may consider your own storage insurance for the stored item for added protection. We store the licence plates, where applicable, separately at the premises as a security measure. Before access to the stored item please phone/voicemail or email us, as an advisory only, for security purposes.

At the outset of the parking/storage, we request Government Issued Photo Identification, vehicle ownership, insurance & odometer (where applicable) information, the vehicle/trailer key (so the vehicle/trailer can be moved on the lot, if absolutely necessary), a contact phone #, address and email address (to be able to contact you).
