Manage the production planning in a busy marketing department
Plan, buy and coordinate marketing collaterals including printing, web, promotional items
Coordinate Flyer program (2-3x's per year) -- Including Imprints approvals, distribution planning, and print scheduling.
Coordinate the ordering of print material, quality assurance of print production and distribution of print and promotional materials internally.
Coordinate retailer mailings
Provide sales rep support (provide print samples, information updates, special requests)
Negotiate print purchases
Experience in managing marketing promotion budgets
Coordinate tradeshows and event planning
Reconcile invoices for all marketing purchases
Inventory Management of all marketing POP (Setting up codes, receiving, interbranch transfers, cycle counts, establish reorder points)
Responsible for receiving and keeping accurate up to date marketing project files.
Qualifications:
Required experience must include the following:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of Production Planning experience
Knowledge and proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word.
Ability to focus on multiple tasks and deadlines, and effectively prioritize and manage them

Responsibilities
