Neptune 24, sleeps 4 very comfortably, roomiest boat in it's class. This boat has a pop top for standing head room when not sailing. Neptunes are known for their durability and excellent design. It has a new spark plug, and gear oil in the bottom end, so she's ready to go. I've never once had a problem with it, never repaired anything or replaced anything. The case is completely intact, with no cracks. It has lots of power, and pushed a 27 foot sailboat with no problem.

Yanmar 2GM with all accessories - control panel, stop cable, alternator etc, but without motor mounts. Approx. 6000hrs, never had the head off, never had major work done, but doesn't smoke at all, doesn't burn oil. Does however have a few minor oil leaks. Purposely didn't pressure wash/steam clean so all leaks could be identified. Was running prior to pulling from boat (video available showing cold start). Maintenance log available since we bought her 5yrs ago. Reason for replacement is had to yank the fuel tank (separate sale add), and since motor was out, figured I'd bite the bullet and put a new 2YM in. My loss your gain. New 2YM costs $9000 (with tax) so as-is is a great deal, or re-build for much less $$ than new.
