I had this altered at the waistline last year (August) to fit me when I was 4 months pregnant-but I was huge already. It would definitely fit someone up to their 7 month or more depending on how much you've popped. Its really beautiful...but of course I only wore it ONCE. And not again, and again, as promised. LOL. The alterations turned it into an empire waist and the skirt just flows beautifully-very comfy, but also sexy in the top area! I'm 5'4, 120 lbs (pre-pregnancy) and 32D or thereabouts.
