This suite is available from the start of May 2012 (end of April is possible) to end of August 2012 (beginning of September is possible), basically 4 months in total.

We have a ground floor suite for rent that would suit one person (two people (couple/friends) will be considered): it is a one bedroom suite (the room already includes a bed, sofa, sofa chair, 2 chairs, desk + chair, few shelves, etc) with a separate kitchen-living room, and a bathroom with tub and shower. The kitchen has clean and new stove, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. It has a private entrance from the back of the house and there will be no other people using this entrance. The laundry area is the only area that would be shared. The total size of the suite is about 450 square feet (including the shared area). There is a storage closet in the shared area.

We charge $850/month which includes all utilities and shared laundry (washer and dryer) (laundry detergent & softener will be provided) (Only the laundry area will be shared).

It takes only about 5-10 minutes to get to UBC by bus #25 or #33 from the suite. (We're close to bus routes on W 16th Ave. that go directly there.)

The area is quiet, safe, and very convenient and it is only a 3-5 minute walk to Dairy Queen, Tim Hortons, BC Liquor, Yoga, Nails&Spa, convenience store, and supermarket. Easy one zone access to downtown by bus #7.
